NEU-TECH SYSTEMS provides services and systems for manufacturing equipment in order to
assist industrial companies with the expertise required to implement the current technology in
the electronic controls to their respective production needs.
Since this may involve both hardware and services, NEU-TECH SYSTEMS maintains close
working relationships with many of today’s key suppliers of these controls.
We can offer just the services that you may need to supplement your normal staff capabilities
or handle a complete project from concept to installation to commissioning.

What's New?
In 2008, NEU-TECH SYSTEMS accepted its first order for a complete control system “turn-key”
project which featured the many of the services that our company offers as well as some ones.
Normally, NEU-TECH SYSTEMS would not take the direct installation responsibility but rather only
a supervisory role. We have begun to look at each situation where a customer requests us to do
the entire project and offer installation services as needed.
In 2008, NEU-TECH SYSTEMS accepted its first order for a complete control system “turn-key”
project which featured the many of the services that our company offers as well as some ones.
- Engineering -> Recommend and secure approval of the new control system concept.
- Drawings -> Layout of the new control panel and schematic wiring diagrams.
- Programming -> Develop PLC logic and operator interface screens.
- Assembly -> Mount, wire and test the new main panel and external control stations.
- Installation -> Demo existing electrical controls; mount and wire the new equipment.
- Checkout -> Power up new hardware, verify connections & operate external devices.
- Validation -> Work out logic “bugs” and perform the initial production tests.
- Startup -> Stand by as production equipment is re-started with regular operators.
- Training -> Provide training to operational and maintenance personnel during
initial runs. - Documentation -> Delivery of final documentation including final drawings, programs and
manuals.
